From iFolder

We all prefer to use software that makes life easier and is reliable and functional. No software is without bugs of some form or another, especially in early development. If you find something that is a bug, or if you think it might be a bug, or you have an observation about the interface, how it works, or doesn't, or something else, it is best to report it.

Bugs for iFolder are reported and tracked through Bugzilla (https://bugzilla.novell.com/). In order to report a bug, you must first create a Bugzilla account. Once you have created your account, you can see the bugs that have already been reported, or you can enter bugs that you have found.

Before adding a bug, we suggest a little late night reading on entering (http://bugzilla.ximian.com/bugwritinghelp.html) and writing bugs. The more information you can provide, the easier it makes it for us to reproduce, find, and fix the bug. To get you started, here is a brief summary:

1. Go to Bugzilla (https://bugzilla.novell.com/) – You must have an account already, if not start here (https://secure-www.novell.com/selfreg/jsp/createAccount.jsp?target=https%3A//bugzilla.novell.com/ichainlogin.cgi%3Ftarget%3Dindex.cgi).
2. Select the Severity of the bug
3. Select the priority of the bug
4. Select the Operating system from the list
5. Provide additional information about the OS you might find helpful
6. Enter a short summary of the bug
7. Provide a detailed description of the bug or observation and include as much information as you might find helpful in reproducing the bug, following the prompts in the bug reporting system.
8. Once satisfied with the information you have provided, select the Commit button.

If you follow the links provided, you'll get to where you need to be in order to submit bugs on iFolder. Otherwise, if you want to enter bugs against iFolder, you must submit them against 'iFolder Denali'.

We'll review the bug and do our best to inform you of issues or questions we might have. You can track the status of the bug by running a query or entering the bug number directly at the bottom of any page and selecting Find.
